Using the platform
BothFind provides tools for professional profiles, skills, vacancies, candidate discovery, applications and recruitment workflows. Match indicators and recommendations support decisions but do not guarantee employment, applicants or hiring outcomes.
Your content
You retain responsibility for information you submit. You grant BothFind the limited permission needed to host, process and display that information to provide the features you choose. You must have the right to submit all content and must keep it accurate.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the service, impersonate others, submit unlawful or deceptive content, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, scrape the platform without permission, distribute malware or use BothFind to discriminate unlawfully.
Service availability
We work to keep BothFind reliable and secure, but features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or technical reasons. We may introduce, update or retire features as the platform develops.
Important disclaimers
BothFind is a technology platform and is not a party to employment agreements between candidates and employers. Users remain responsible for checking information, making hiring decisions and complying with applicable employment, privacy and other laws.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to address material violations, unlawful conduct, security threats or harm to users or the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as BothFind evolves. We will publish the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
